What Does the No-Cost Direct Installation Include?

These items can be installed at no cost with the proof of a SoCalGas Bill.

California customers who choose to participate in this program are not obligated to purchase any additional services offered by the contractor. The CLEO program helps reduce energy costs and save money. This program offers long-term energy savings to qualifying customers by providing no-cost energy-efficient products, including installation. The program is funded by the Public Purpose Surcharge fee that comes in every months SoCalGas Bill.
